Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from Navarra, Spain, mostly through the Spanish postal service (Correos). Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping to the United States is free; for other destinations, shipping is calculated at Etsy checkout. Delivery times then vary by destination and carrier.

Because most pieces are one of a kind, each item ships once. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with the carrier and destination.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the item or shipping price. Where required, applicable taxes (such as VAT) are collected by Etsy at checkout.

We accept returns; we do not offer exchanges. As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. After that period, returns are not accepted.

To withdraw, tell us with a clear statement before the period ends — by Etsy message or by e-mail to [email protected]. You then have 14 days to send the item back, and you pay the cost of return shipping.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with any original tags attached. You may try a garment on as you would in a shop, but not wear or use it beyond that. We may reduce the refund for any diminished value — signs of wear, use, washing, odour (perfume, smoke), or removed tags.

We reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back, or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You can also cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase.

Buyers outside the EU/EEA are covered by our Etsy return policy and Etsy Purchase Protection. Please review the policy on the item's Etsy listing before purchasing.

Our pieces are vintage and preloved. We clean and, where needed, restore each one, and we photograph and describe its condition honestly, including any signs of wear. Please read the listing and ask us anything before buying.
